Getting Help

Please print or copy and paste this page, and save it in a safe place in case at some point you are unable to log back into your Grow2Serve course.

Our sincere desire at Grow2Serve is to make your learning experience as pleasant as possible. Since your computer plays such a key role in your ability to connect to your course, we are committed to helping as much as possible with both the technical and the learning aspects of your course.

As simple first step is to be sure that you are accessing your course through (rather than .com or .org). 

If you are having trouble with your computer, with this site, or with navigating within your course please don't hesitate to get help. A good place to start when you are having trouble is through the "Help" link in the black stripe at the top of the page. There you will find the FAQ, various course resources (such as how to navigate within your course and how to manage your course emails), and our contact information. If your questions aren't answered through these help resources, contact your facilitator directly (see "Contacting Your Facilitator").
